Nationals Update:
Irene is no longer available to run the MECTA table at Nationals -
we need someone else to volunteer who knows MECTA.
Since the fair does not have the support it needs, we can either give the
money back to LL Bean, ask LL Bean to put the money elsewhere, or outsource
the fair to a professional.
The idea is to go with the fair until June 4th - if there isn’t a great
response, we will not move forward with the fair. Otherwise, the fair is
on.
Motion to move forward with the professional and to keep the fair going
until the check-in date of June 4.
Vote: 5 in favor; 2 opposed; 3 abstained.
