Meeting Attendance – A decision was made to incent all captains to attend meetings regularly. The incentive program will begin in January and run through the June meeting. Any captain who attends 4 out of 6 of these meetings will receive a MECTA windbreaker. The idea of course is to have more captains thus more input at each meeting. If a captain is not able to attend a meeting, they are always welcome to send someone else from the team to represent them. Attendance by a representative will also count towards the windbreaker! Jenn made the motion to accept and Peter seconded, the vote was unanimous.

E-mail Distribution - Peter Serunian will be mailing posters to all captains inviting all MECTA participants to sign-up for inclusion on the MECTA e-mail list. This will hopefully keep all members more in touch with the goings-on of MECTA. Keep an eye on your mailbox for your posters.
