Directions to the Brunswick H.S track:
--- Take 95-North to the Brunswick exit, which will turn into Pleasant
Street. (Follow Rt. 1 North through 2 sets of lights and stay straight
onto Pleasant Street at the third set of lights --- don't follow Rt. 1
to the left)
--- Follow Pleasant Street for less than a mile (into downtown Brunswick)
until it empties onto Maine Street.
--- Turn right onto Maine Street.
--- Follow Maine St. for a mile or so (past the white church on the hill)
and stay right, which will bring you past Bowdoin College. Continue on
past Parkview Hospital.
--- Shortly after Parkview Hospital, there will be a fork in the road (Mere
Point and Maquoit Roads). Take the right fork, which will be Maquoit Rd.
The High School will be on the right approx. one half to three-quarters
of a mile (past the trailer park and convenience store). The track will
be on the left of the high school.
Directions to the Falmouth H.S. track:
--- Take I-295-to exit 10, go right onto Bucknam Rd. (west)
--- Proceed through first set of lights to the 4-way intersection,
take a right.
--- The road forks after a couple hundred yards, bear left at fork (Rte 9).
--- Just after the fork, take a left onto Woods Rd (goes past the Woodlands
Country Club),
--- Woods Rd. runs into Woodville Rd., take left onto Woodville Rd,
--- Look for the Falmouth track approx. a mile or so on right.
Directions to McMann Field in Bath (Behind the Middle School) --- From Portland, take Route 295 North. --- Brunswick, take exit 22. This brings you onto Pleasant Street, Stay in the left lane. --- At the third stop light go left onto Coastal Route 1. This brings you into Bath. --- Just past the Information Booth/Rest Area, take the Congress Ave and Richardson Street exit. --- Go right off the exit through the 'Yield' sign. --- Take your first right. This is Congress Ave. The track is about 3/4 miles, down a fairly steep hill around a sharp curve. Drive slow. The track will be on the left. Enter it at the tennis courts, you will see the parking area (and track) inside the fence.
Directions to Eastern Prom From north I-295 south to Exit 8 south (the Washington Ave exit - which means you cross over Tukey's Bridge). As you come off the exit to Washington Ave, you will see a left going up the hill. Take this left and follow the prom all the way around to the road leading down to the marina (Cutter St). We park along Cutter St. and gather at the top to stretch and start the warmup run back to North St (which you pass when you first leave Washington Ave.).
Directions to S.M.T.C.
From Portland
--- Over the Casco Bay Bridge from Portland to So.Ptld.
--- At the end of the bridge stay straight through the lights (all the way).
You'll be on Broadway.
--- Continue on outer Broadway towards Spring Point.
--- pass Mahony Middle School, Pratt Abbott Cleaners, Holy Cross Elementary
School....keep going, go straight through the next light (you'll see a
Subway/gas station on your left)....keep going....once you see a large,
empty field with oil tanks on your left, you're close...
the SMTC parking lot will be on the right.
To the Casco Bay Bridge: (from north)
--- I-295 South to exit 6 (2nd exit, to Portland)
--- From exit on to State St. through Deering Oaks
--- State St goes up the hill, across Congress St. directly to the bridge.
We practice between the parking lot & the back of the Main building.
Directions to the South Portland H.S. track From Portland --- Over the Casco Bay Bridge from Portland to So.Ptld. --- At the end of the bridge turn right on Broadway --- Take first left at light - Anthoine St. (Firehouse on left) --- Take Anthoine St. to 'T' intersection with Highland Ave. --- Turn right on Highland Ave. --- S.P.H.S. is ahead on the right To the Casco Bay Bridge: (from north) --- I-295 South to exit 6 (2nd exit, to Portland) --- From exit on to State St. through Deering Oaks State St. goes up the hill, across Congress St. directly to the bridge
Directions to the Westbrook H.S. track From North (if you choose the turnpike): --- I-295 to Maine Turnpike (I-95 - toll = 50 cents) --- I-95 to Exit 8 - straight through exit & light, on to Rt25 extension --- Rt 25 crosses Brighton Ave (light) Follow this winding road & take 1st exit - Forest Ave (this is not Portland's Forest Ave!) --- At the exit stop sign take a left. --- About 200 meters ahead is another stop sign (Westbrook St) --- Across the street you will see tennis courts - the track is to the right --- Turn right on Westbrook St, then left into the parking lot. From Portland: (or from North via I-295): --- Congress St. west (Or I-295 to Congress St. west) --- pass Westgate Shopping Center on left. --- 2 lights passed Westgate is Westbrook St. (Stroudwater area) --- Right on Westbrook
Directions to Fitzpatricks Stadium, Portland From the north --- I-295 South to exit 6 (2nd exit, to Portland) --- From exit on to State St. through Deering Oaks --- At the end of the Oaks you come to a light: Park St. - Turn right. --- Go 1 long block on Park St. to the 2nd light - Deering St --- Turn right on Deering St. Go about 100 yards (passing King Middle School on your left) --- Turn left into an entrance to the Portland Expo Parking lot. The track is on your right.
Directions to Yarmouth H.S.
From the West
--- Take Route 115 out of Gray to Yarmouth.
--- At the second set of lights in Yarmouth, turn left onto Route One South
towards Portland.
--- At the second set of lights on Route One (Mobil gas station will be on your
left), take a right onto Portland Street. Quality Containers of New England will be to your right.
--- The entrance for all high school events is the road immediately after the
Quality Containers of New England entrance. There is a granite sign for
Yarmouth High School by the entrance road.
From the South
---Take Interstate 295 North to Exit 15.
--- At the first set of lights, turn left onto Portland Street. Quality
Containers of New England will be to your right.

From the North
--- Take Interstate 295 South to Exit 17 (across from Casco Bay Ford) which will
take you onto Route One.
--- At the fifth set of traffic lights on Route One (Mobil gas station will be on
your left), take a right onto Portland Street. Quality Containers of New England will be to your right.
--- The entrance for all high school events is the road immediately after the
Quality Containers of New England entrance. There is a granite sign for Yarmouth High School by the entrance road.
Directions to Scarborough H.S.
Scarborough High School is located at the Oak Hill intersection
of Route 114 and US Route 1.
From the West
--- Traveling east on Route 114, the Mitchell Athletic Complex at
Scarborough High School will be on your right before you reach the
High School itself.
--- To access the building, drive past the school and turn right onto
Route 1 South.
--- Turn right at the next light and follow the driveway past the
Scarborough Municipal Building. The High School parking lot will be
on your right.
From the South
--- Traveling north on the Maine Turnpike (I-95), take Exit 42 and
travel straight through the light.
--- Continue on Haigais Parkway until you come to Route 1. Turn left
onto Route 1.
--- After less than one mile turn left onto Sawyer Road. The access road
to the High School will be on your right.
--- Look for Memorial Park and enter on your right. Travel straight past
the park to access the main parking lot. Competition athletic fields
will be on your left beyond the parking lot.
From the North
--- Travel south on I-295 from Portland. Take Exit 2 for Scarborough.
--- Travel South on Route 1 for approximately 1 mile.
--- Cross over the intersection with Route 114 (next to Burger King) and
take your next right by the Scarborough Municipal Building.
--- The school parking lot is down this road on your right.
